CIPC 7 BIZportral are BAD!!!!

Trying to obtain details and compliance certificate, absolutely ridiculous website.. keep on asking to renew password, and no progress. i need this urgent for a tender. BIZportal is just as bad. emails to and from does not give proper assistance. BAD BAD BAD
