CIPC

At this point i am confused about SMTAX and CIPC. I have been receiving emails to make payments for outstanding amounts for the last 2 months and I’ve been making several payments to SMTAX. Now I’m to make payments for my company to CIPC and send invoices without breaking down what the amount of for. I am becoming suspicious at this point. They should have offices in each province in order to allow direct communication. This emails situation is really terrible and I cannot keep up. I need help
