Change of Nature of Business

I have had a request from the bank to have the Nature of our business to be changed from \Not Specified"to what we are currently doing \"" Property Development\"" as we require a loan. I have called the call centre on numerous times and get told 2 different stories. On one hand the agent informs me that it can't be done since 2011 since they amended the companies act and another agent advises me to fill in the COR 15.2 form together with the resolution document stating the amendments we want done with IDs and submit to CIPC with a fee. Waiting period for the latter 15 to 20 days I was told. I have done this as well. As my property application only allows me a certain number of days to get my loan approved I need clarity in this matter urgently."""
