Certificate for Registration of a company

We registered a company in October 2014, received confirmation of company name, COR9.4 on 06 November 2014. follow ups on the status or hold up to issue certificate have been fruitless in spite of numerous calls and emails which go unanswered. at some point spoke to a manager who referred me back to call centre. To date I have not received any feedback. According to their regulations, the turn around should be 15 days and its appaulling that it has taken so long and whats frustrating is that no one bothers to come back to us to give us feedback. everyday i check on their eServices on the status and same one liner is given - \this transaction has not been submitted to the new registration queue and no documents have been submitted".
