Cannot log into account

I want to file my annual reports with CIPC,, but I cannot log into my account to do so. Trying the reset password, got new password but still no success. Trying to phone them is a hopeless case,, was holding for an hour while a recording was telling me how important my call is ..... Mailed annual returns to request assistance,, they cannot help and gave me another e-mail address that I must contact for assistance,,, all mail to that address just come back as undelivered.. I am in a dead end here,, don't know what to do and hope this complaint will spark response.
