Can't change personal details on account, nobody assists

<p>Hello,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am trying to change the personal details on my account to my name but it won't update it. It won't even set up the new password I choose, it sill stays on the old password. I sent tickets and the problem is still not solved. I am not talking about director name amendments but the customer details I want to amend/update.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please finally assist with that? It can't be that difficult to change name, surname and ID/passport number on the customer details. Thanks.</p>
