BO-FILING FAIL

I have never been late filing annual returns, but then 2024 CIPC decided to make BO-filing mandatory, with a system that doesn't work ???!!!!

First i couldn't access the BO-filing system though then eventually it worked but as I want to capture the Beneficial Owners it allows me to insert all info, but lets go and save then it "pretends to save" and refreshes a page with NO BO!!! Its so frustrating!!!!!! Like I have time to waste on a system that's a failure. THIS IS JUST A MEANS FOR CIPC TO MAKE MONEY ON AR's THAT ARE OVERDUE FOR THAT EXTRA R50 INTEREST.
