bad service

I have been trying to convert a private company to non profit company for months now, the cipc keeps on rejecting it even though i made several corrections , my reference number is T***. I even escalated the matter to glory Moumakwe but am not receiving any response. I want to know exactly what changes to make on the forms, nobody is calling us to explain. my number is ***
