Bad Service

I have been for a number of days trying too register a Close Cooperate Company through CIPC's online service since I had already secured a name with them. Every day I have tried to register the company, after filling the ID Numbers of the proposed directors, the site takes me to a page where I have to edit the contact details of the said directors. However the problem is that it just does not then allow me to edit or eve proceed from that point. My attempts to get telephonic assistance or guidance by CIPC has only got me as far as holding on the phone for over an hour a day without any answer by a consultant. I have tried with no luck for over three consecutive times.<br> <br> The above tantamount to terrible if not bad service, particularly from an institution of government that is entrusted with assisting South Africans to be active participants in the country economic development.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Sizwe Mchunu
