App**** since the 3rd January till now no response

<p>ive sent 7 emails regarding the follow up on the reference number ********** 74 of the documents that were sent and you acknowledged receipt on the 3rd of January 2017, but up to this day this application has not been approved. on the 23rd of January you only rep**** saying ID of ........is not clear and it was forwarded back on the same day and now on the history of the transaction with the reference ********** 99 you have indicated no documents received, yet again you have billed the profile. Urgently explain this as this has been waiting for more than 15 days indicated by you.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
