Appalling Customer Service!

The customer service of this institution is ridiculous! They create so much red tape when trying to deregister a company and when one jumps through all the hoops to get the required docs the tickets are closed and the request is not done. What the heck man this is really frustrating and its causing problems with my current employer! Besides tickets being closed when one calls the calls do not get answered at all or they get dropped! This is unacceptable.
