6 months struggle - no response from CIPC

CIPC a pathetic government department.!!!! I have attempted contact via email, contact centre and online portal - NO RESPONSE. Submitted requested memorandum of incorporation on 20 FEBRUARY 2015 to CIPC as per their instructions, and still no response. THREE QR tickets outstanding.<br> <br> Waiting over 6 months now. ???
