Do Not Trust This Business With Your Brazilian BlowDry Or Your Haircut

I recently paid R1600 for a Brazilian Blowdry for my son and I, and a haircut for myself. For the haircut I asked for a ****gy bob cut, showed the owner a picture and even a site with instructions on how to cut. She said no prole, she knew how to do the cut. It was Nothing like I asked for and, in fact, was a mess of any type of cut - lots of uneven pieces of hair. With the Brazilian, we waited 3 days to wash our hair as required, then both the Brazilians were out. I sent photos first of my hair and asked what could be done about it. First the owner said come in to redo, then on the day we were supposed to redo she called and said had tested positive for covid-19. A couple of day s later I sent photos of my son's hair and asked whether it could be the product that was faulty. The owner jumped on this as a convenient way to evade responsibility, asked about my shampoo and tried to blame it on that as supposed she always does amazing work. I asked her repeatedly when we could redo the blowdrys but she kept ignoring the question. Then she ignored 3 whatsapp messages and only responded when I advised her that I would be warning Facebook users about her shoddy service. Then she responded, threatening that her lawyer would sue me for defamation. What a joke this business is, Stay Away
