Very rude and bad service

Baywest Mall opened a mere 2 weeks ago in Port Elizabeth. One of my favourite outlets, Cinnabon, is part of a mix of frachises that is new to the PE demopgraphic. It's totally comprehensible that there will be a constant queue considering the size of the outlet.<br> <br> However, last night, me and a group of friends went to ice skate at the mall. We got there just before 7pm. The mall schedule boasts with food court hours from 9am-10pm. Whether, Cinnabon is part of the food court or not, we were rudely shown away at 06:55pm by a very haughty employee.<br> <br> There was a queue of about 4 people in front of us, and 2 behind us - ourselves bein about 4 people. The employee shoved us out of the way with a shopping trolley (in her Cinnabon uniform) and said that they were closed. When we asked whether they could at least serve the remaining people in the queue, she ignored us. We then asked her again to help us. after which she had a word with a fellow employee in Xhosa, and they just closed the sliding door right in front of us, cutting the queue in half.<br> <br> Whether Baywest or Cinnabon is at fault, doesn't matter, but for a franchise of an international standard, I am most disappointed by the service
