Very poor customer service

Went to Cinnabon centurion mall to purchase a bottle of water. On arrival I was told by the stuff that they don't take cash at the store anymore they're only method of payment was via speed point. When proceeding to pay their system was very slow and kept on saying decline multiple times instead of the consultant being polite and saying that their system is offline he decided to start screaming and embarrassing me telling me that I don't have money infont of other customers. The following day I called to lay a complaint and the very same person whom embarrassed me answered the phone and **** to me and said his the manager of the store and that I should just deal with it.
