unbaked Cinnabon

I bought a Cinnabon tonight at V&A waterfront and it was doughy and uncooked. This is horrible because this is not the first time its happened at the same Cinnabon. I am immensely disappointed because I really just want a normal Cinnabon and not DOUGH.

I want a refund. This is unacceptable.
