I took my mom to Eastgate mall Cinnabon and we were assisted by a rude, arrogant, angry Sbu who did not care about what we wanted nor even explain how the extras work. We were told to shut up and wait for our order. For me I felt like more than anything Sbu or whoever his name is has disrespected my mom on so many levels. I asked for his name he **** about it and gave me a wrong name, his colleague was the one that called him Sbu. I am sad, angry and I feel that I was treated badly while I buy with my money. I was told to pay for what I ordered without an explanation of how and why the price got where it was, remember the guy’s face had changed to angry and annoyed because I asked what does my bun entail because it is new on the menu. My mom did not even eat her bun as she was furious and they gave her something that was too sweet because she did not have a choice at all. Cinnabon I am not happy at all with Sbu at Eastgate
