Stale hard buns

I drove a long way to go to to Sandton City (closest branch) just to purchase some Cinnabons (& pay for parking). When I got home I realised they were stale and hard. Additionally, the 'sauce' on the caramel/pecan was non-existent. I cut most of the bottom off and only ate the top part where there was at least some sauce. I will not drive to Sandton specifically for that again and wont even purchase them again as it isnt worth it if they arent fresh and warm with sufficient sauce. Sorry but youve lost a customer,
