Stable Cinnabons - Rosebank Mall

I went to cinnabon rosebank mall. I purchased the mini bons as well as a few if the larger bons.

It was stale and when I took it to return it the lady refused to have a look at the item nor refund my money. She was rude and just carried on talking in her language and laughed.

Appaling behaviour.
