Rude ****** cashiers

Cinnabon Gateway - I don't know where else to complain coz if I call the store to speak to the manager, the rude ****** staff will lie as if they're the manager. I purchased a from Cinnabon gateway on Friday, and pointed at which specific one I wanted, cashier didn't follow my instruction so I asked her again, then in Zulu she says "uyahlala". It is unacceptable to say to customers "you are mad" just coz you think they are a different race and won't understand your language, her name is Thandi.
