Poor service, poor food quality and rude staff members

Your staff member Brendon from the Canal Walk branch that is opposite Brocka who was working around 10:30 am on June 3rd 2026, insisted on serving me stale minibons from the shelf. According to him the price is higher from the hot plate! I’ve visited several branches and they’ve never had an issue with serving directly from the hot tray, in fact in the very same mall at the food court they’ve offered me excellent service. We went back and forth for a good 5 mins and he ended up reheating the minibons and they’re were still stale!!!
