Poor Quality at Cinnabon

I paid a visit to the Cinnabon store in Rosebank on Sunday the 10th of June. There was no pecan nut cinnabons however the lady said she would take the very last stale cinnabon and make it into a pecan nut one. I walked away as it looked extremely stale; I however could not fight my craving and returned to the store not much later. I purchased a medium sized pecan nut cinnabon (a new tray of plain cinnabons magically appeared) for R23.00. Only to be utterly disappointed when I opened the box as there was only 3 pieces of pecan nut on the cinnabon. As far as I remember a pecan nut cinnabon used to be loaded with pecan nuts. I requested that the lady should add more pecans and she unhappily did so, so that the pieces of pecan nuts could now amount to 9 little pieces.

How is it that the standard of cinnabons have dropped so low so fast?
