Old whipped cream - bad customer service

Hi,

I am a regular at the Cinnabon branch in Clearwater mall. This past weekend after purchasing an ice coffee the whipped cream which is generally my favourite part tasted a bit sour. I took the drink back and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service I received the man simply grabbed the drink refilled the cup with just iced coffee and handed it back to me. NO apology no effort to look into whether the cream really was off.

I'm disappointed cinnabon - doubt id be purchasing from you again after that bitter taste you left in my mouth
