My Experience: Inconsiderate Customer Service!!!

As a grandmother, i always look forward to treating my grandchildren during the school holidays. 2 Weeks ago, i was at Clear Water Mall and A pleasant shopping afternoon turned into a nightmare!<br> <br> I arrived at Cinnabon with my two grandkids. We placed our order, a very simple order, as the menu has not got many options... we then went to seat ourselves and patiently waited for our order. My cappucino arrived, in a filthy cup and saucer with the coffee overflowing the cup. I then asked if they could please bring me a new cup, clean and presentable. The second cup arrived, with no saucer, and once again, overflowed the cup. I asked for a saucer and was told that \all the saucers are broken".. as the waitress served my cup"
