Horrific service + stale cinnabon

Despite multiple messages to Cinnabon (Social media DM and email) since March, I haven’t heard back from them. Not even an acknowledgment of my request. This is absolutely insane. Stale Cinnabons, rude cashier and it’s understandable because the business itself can’t even acknowledge me… Pathetic!
