Horrible customer service

Tried to order cinnabons from the centurion outlet , simply asked for for my desired order and got a horrible response from the staff, ' it's only 80% ready how, you can wait' taken by surprise i waited for my order and left didn't even eat the stuff that's how put off I was with the service of their staff. Yes I agree people have an off day but that's no ticket to be rude to customers. Really dissapointed!
