hard and sour cinnabon -V&A waterfront
I am utterly disappointed with the cinnabon that I bought at Cinnabon V&A waterfront today (6th September 2017).
I bought two trays of the mini buns and a single chocolate bun.
All of them are hard, doughy, dry and sour. They do not taste like they normally do which is delicious and soft.
I cant express the disappointment I have at the quality of the buns which I buy on a regular basis. I feel that I have wasted R90 and I will definitely not buy cinnabon ever again.
Also, the sizes of the buns were tiny! Even though they are tray of mini's that was really tiny.
Really disappointed!

04 Oct 2017, 19:11So an update: I emailed cinnabon and I received speedy responses to my complaint and they apologised. M King If you see this I hope Cinnabon knows what a gem of an employee you are. Excellent customer service from you, speedy responses from you and the fact that I actually got a response is fantastic. You should get a raise!
