Exceptional Service and Delicious Cinnabon Cake at Cinnabon Easgate

I had an incredible experience with the management and staff at Eastgate. I reached out to them with a special request for a 30cm x 30cm Cinnabon cake for my son's 24th birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it happen.

Despite this being an unusual order, the team took the initiative to check with the Manager, who graciously consented. To my amazement, they baked the cake in under two hours! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout the process.

The cake itself was absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly made—a true highlight of the celebration. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and dedication from the entire Eastgate team.
