'ENTITLED' Managers

I visited Cinnabon in Bay West Mall (Port Elizabeth). The gentlemen working there, who is apparently the manager (quite big built - chubby), is very abrupt and complains when client requests are made. If it hadn't been for my cinnabon crave, I would have left and not purchased anything. His attitude really needs to be addressed, because he clearly has an entitlement problem, which I am sure will not be tolerated by some other customers. What really puzzles me, is how on earth he is the manager with such a terrible attitude?

After that experience, I now have good reason not to support Cinnabon Bay West!
