Cinnabon Cresta - Terrible service

Very poor service from Cinnabon Cresta. I have ordered via Uber Eats. It’s been an hour now and the driver is still waiting at the store. The staff are not answering the landline nor do they want to take my call via the Uber Eats Driver. This is terrible service and very poor brand management. I have asked the driver for the managers contact details but they do not want to give him the details. @ Cinnabon, pls address with store.
