Cinnabon bombed out

Today I ordered 4 Original Cinnabons at the Brooklyn Mall store from the Uber app. When I got my order from the Uber deliverer, I saw that instead of 4 Cinnabons I received 2 Original Cinnabons, 1 Pecan Cinnabon and 2 mini Bons accompanied by a note saying that they had loadshedding and they hope I understand. Firstly this order was for my 4 seniors at work, thus I couldn’t give it to them be cause the products were all different sizes and flavours. Secondly had I known this I obviously wouldn’t have ordered the Cinnabons. And thirdly I feel that if they had good customer service, they would have contacted me prior to sending the order. I seriously annoyed by their service and now I have wasted money on a product I don’t even consume.
