Cellphones important than business

<p>I was given a bad customer service at Cinnabon, Loch Logan on 2-03-2017 at 12:41. Three employees were on duty and all on their cellphones. I stood there for about a minute, before one of them (Thabo, luckily I still have the receipt) greeted me. Even with his gesture of greeting me, he continued on his phone, until I lashed out and asked if I should wait for him to finish whatever it was that he was doing on his phone, or is he going to serve me. He hurriedly took my order wanted to go back to his phone. The service was a slap dash thing, I honestly wasn't pleased.</p>
