Bad customer service

Today during my lunch break I ordered and paid for some pastries that literally had to be taken from the shelf and placed in a paper bag. The cashier then helped the customer after me and gave his order (also pastries from the shelf) to him before me. We were only two customers in the queue. The staff then soon realised the amazingly shocked expression from my face, clearly indicating that I am not a happy customer, where after the one lady asked me \what did you order
