Cinmark Group dont exist

To who it may concern.

I was approached by Arnold van Graan of Cinmark Group to quote on Concept design and plans to build offices and training centres at Mondeo Eco School in Strand Western Cape.

This man gave me a document for surety that funds are no issue. See attached.

I have submitted what was asked for and to date I have not been paid.

I have done some investigation and found that none of the telephone numbers on his website exist and none of the email addresses work.

This man have done the same some years back with the so-called purchase of the Boschendal Wine estate. See attached.

I did also found out that he have done the same with 2 more people and are also involved with oil drilling rights with the Lesotho government.

This man is a ***** and his company does not exist.

The so called proof of funds is either a **** ( **** document) or he is busy with money laundering.

I will forward more detail and contacts that can give evidence in this regard.
