Beware booking online tickets at Cineworld

booking online can charge twice, cant get money back without really persisting<br> <br> I tried to book tickets online, the webpage directed me to my bank to verify, it then returned to error page. I got no confirmation of the booking and as I was told that if the booking was not completed in so many minutes, I went into the process again. This time the web page completed and sent me confirmation. Next time I saw my bank statement I saw that both payments had been taken. Customer services told me it was a ghost transaction and the first would be rejected. I checked with the bank and they told me that both payments had been requested. After several calls and emails I still haven't got my money back. Beware online booking with Cineworld, Customer services is next to useless. After many phonecalls and emails, I said I'd post complaints online only then they rep**** your refund will be in your account in 10 to 15 days from 4th Aug. 10 seconds to take the overpayment - 15 days to repay ?? 12 working days and no repayment yet.
