Accommodation Uninhabitable on arrival

We made a reservation for our Employees and Owner of the company in December 2018 (Madea's Room) and paid a R10 000-00 deposit. On arrival the accommodation was neither ready for us nor cleaned. Place was in a terrible state. Our employees and Owner, who was with them in Germiston, informed the Owners of Cinematic Guest House that they would not be able to live there for 3 weeks under such poor conditions. The place was dirty, rooms missing doors, furniture dirty, broken even. I'm attaching photos in order for you to make your own conclusion. Do not be deceived by their Website photos. They refuse to refund us our deposit even though the staff and Owner weren't even able to stay in the Guest House (due to the filthy condition of the place). This place is really not what it appears to be, rather take time and make sure you investigate reviews properly. We don't want anyone else to lose money either. There is better, reliable accommodation in Germiston. Many complaints have been lodged against Cinematic Guest House but without any success. They should in my opinion not even be listed on any Accommodation Sites.
