unfair treatment

I purchased a tv box from My Cinemabox(https://cinemaboxshop.co.za) via online purchase. I was referred by a friend who has made purchases before and received delivery. I conducted purchase on 31 October 2024 and every week besides getting ignored or ghosted i get no response. When they do respond I get given apologies my order will be delivered the following week. I was even told my order is stuck at customs. I need assistance in anyway possible please or refund my purchase.
