TV Box with Cinema TV

I bought TV box with cinema box since May 2024, I haven't received my TV box since today only communicating after some days. No number to lay a complaint, they will keep on saying it will be delivered next week. Can I please be helped as I referred my colleague because i never had a problem with them before
