Poor service delivery and customer care

I'm very disappointed with the service that I was given ordered cinema box 28 August 2023 to date i have not received my order payed in full only getting excuses about loadshedding it's full 5 weeks now haven't received my order very poor service will not recommended them to my worst enemy
