My TV cinema box

Worst service provider ever. They are ****mers. I purchased the TV box on 26 November 2024. It is now March 2025. Still no delivery. No where to follow them up except a WhatsApp number and no one responding to messages via WhatsApp. No email address for them available. I want a refund but can't get it back. They are ****mers. Don't ever buy their box
