I ordered a TV box on the 20th October, their delivery turn around time is 7-10 business days but to this day I have not received it

I ordered a TV box on the 20th October, their delivery turn around time is 7-10 business days but to this day I have not received it. When I enquire with them they either don't respond to my messages and when they do they give me a lame excuse that I should get it soon....
