horrible service

The worst service I've received in a very long time, I ordered a cinemabox on the 27th August and to date I haven't received delivery. There is no communication from the agents as to what the delay is, if I don't follow up they don't bother giving feedback and if they do it's after 3/5 days after your query. Never ever will I support this business and mind you this is the 2nd time I'm getting bad service from them. There's no urgency in responding to queries and they have no regard for their customers. NO MORE!!
