Do not upgrade your Cinema Box

I opt for upgrade with cenama box on the 7th of July 2024.the box was collected until now not yet received contact then via whatsup in October month was given 72hrs for delivery and I did not receive it. To Hello Peter pls help me to get back my box upgrade payment was done.
