DO NOT BUY FROM CINEMABOX SA, unless you want to be frustrated and will have no one to vent to except on these streets

If you need your fair share of customer frustration, buy from Cinemabox SA, here's why; 1. I bought the TV box and waited for three good weeks to receive my order, in other words you will wait until your hair turns grey for the order 2. There is no direct line of contact for after sales, or follow up on the order, only a WhatsApp line which they will respond to you if you are lucky after few days, otherwise they do not bother 3. As if waiting for three weeks for the order was not enough, either the TV box or the remote is faulty, I have never used the TV box and I notified them and after weeks of talking to myself on their WhatsApp line they finally responded today to tell me I must buy another remote from their website, no apologies no nothing, just a link to redirect you to their website for another frustration. 4. Their response above was a confirmation of my R1300 down the drain, ooh I need fresh air 5. If you are considering buying from this company please reconsider unless otherwise you need your fair share of frustrations, pity I didn't come here before buying, only used reviews from 1Family1stockpile group from Facebook and I regret it!!! NB: Its a pity there is no way I can give them a -star, they don't even deserve that one star, well maybe for delivering a faulty TV box/remote which they are not willing to fix, i need a hug for my money down the drain, so much for supporting local
