CINEMABOX

E-commerce was meant to make thinks easy for buyers and sellers but it would appear that sellers are the most disadvantaged because we have to order and send money at the same time. I bought Cinemabox last year(1st half 2023) and received it and after minor teet.hing challenges we were connected. Unfortunately one of the core appfimctions was deled, in error and we could not use it again. We were asked to meet a representative to get a replacement, somewhere in centurion, which we did but the new box did work as well. Customer service is non existent, and relying on one person who has all the solutions but they are not working. I do not recommend CINEMABOX to anyone. There is no business premises where you can go and speak to a co sultant as well.
