Cinema box worst company to work with

Bought a box from them on 24 Nov 2023 As of yet no delivery, everytime I contact them via whatsapp the phone dont work the tell me there is a backlog and will contact me the following week, we in week 4 and no box no nothing Send an e mail on the website no response The worst is this is a gift, 😡
