Bad service, they will disappear after paying and not deliver

I bought Cinemabox on 16 October 2023 and I have not yet received my order. The consultants were responding to my messages before placing an order and after paying they are now ignoring me and do not want to refund. I wish I checked the reviews here instead on relying on Facebook group I am part of. Biggest mistake I ever made. Cinemabox Shop is a **** do not buy from them
