AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I don't usually go out of my way to signup to such review websites, but did so specifically for this one! I would implore you to NEVER EVER do business with this Cinemabox! Someone close to me bought one of their products which cost R899 but the quality is so bad and now these ****bags are refusing to refund their money. Since this product was bought online and therefore could not be reviewed or tested out before purchasing, they have every right to want a refund for the product! But these fools keep pointing to their T&Cs which in my opinion are extremely predatory. And even when you point to the Consumer Protection Act, they have no shame! Shame also on Payflex for doing business with such a predatory business that has no scruples. This Cinemabox also refuses to answer their emails but when complaints are sent to their Whatsapp, they keep telling you to email them! Disgusting disgusting ****mers!! Please, if you or anyone you know is thinking of buying their sh!+, please please think again and save yourself YOUR hard-earned cash, because believe me, they will NOT return it to you once you realize how **** their product is!
