Terrible experience with Jonny - Cinedro films

Jonathan, the owner of Cinedro, has delivered the worst customer experience imaginable for a wedding videographer. Apart from numerous miscommunications, which we have talked over, Jonny failed to keep his word in delivering what he promised us. Due to a lack of time to produce a proper short film of our wedding day, we received a below-average video that cut us off on multiple scenes - almost as if Jonny hastily reduced our 8min wedding video into a ****py 1min mess. He explicitly gave his word that he would reproduce this when we asked this of him, and since August 2021 (7 months to date), we haven't heard a word. Jonny continues to focus on his band, Vancoetband, but fails to finish through on our request, long since paid for.
