Contractor beware

<p>Wiecus Oakes of Cinco Construction is to be avoided at all costs. He asks for a huge deposit, then tells you a whole lot of sob stories to get more money out of you and then does not do the work. He takes his tools and leaves site like a ***** in the night. His work is sub-standard. Do not trust this builder at all. Hold onto your money otherwise he will take it and you will never see him again. </p>
